A narrator watches everything you do. Punch a tree, mine your first diamond, die in a hole you dug yourself — and a voice is right there, by name, narrating it with the patience of someone who has watched this exact mistake before. Runs offline. Won't shut up.
NEW · v1.21.1
The Stanley Parable, but the office is a survival world and Stanley is you. A narrator watches the whole run and reacts to what you actually do — first tree punched, first ore mined, first thing crafted, the mob you killed, the death you earned, the long stretch where you stood still and did nothing at all. It uses your actual Minecraft username, so the commentary lands a little too personally.
The voice is real neural text-to-speech synthesized on your machine with sherpa-onnx — no API keys, no per-line bill, no server to phone home to. Download the model once and it works on a plane. Lines are cached as audio so you're not re-synthesizing the same quip every time you punch a tree.
Pick Alan (Piper) when you want fast and reactive, or Kokoro when you want it to sound nicer and don't mind a beat of delay. Captions ride along the bottom of the screen in sync with the audio, so you catch every line even with the volume down.
